Because EVERY CHILD needs QUALITY CARE!

Services

Finding child care can be very a difficult task. Families who have children with special needs often find it even harder to obtain appropriate care. Parents must not only find an open slot for their child, they must also find a program that they feel will best support their child's special needs.

At the same time that families struggle to find child care, many providers feel that they lack the training, support, and resources to provide developmentally appropriate care for children with special needs. Providers need assistance to understand reasonable accommodations, how to comply with their obligations, what steps can be taken and what resources are available to successfully include children with special needs in their programs.

To serve the needs of both families and providers in San Francisco, CCICP provides services free of charge.
