We would like to take this opportunity to invite you to participate in the 2012 Information & Resource Conference, which will be held on Saturday, March 3rd from 9am – 2:30pm at John O’Connell High School, 2355 Folsom Street, in San Francisco. Last year’s Conference was our greatest success yet, with over 600 parents and professionals in attendance. Your presence at the Conference helps to ensure that success, so please plan on joining us again this year!
As you know, this free annual conference focuses on families of children with disabilities and the professionals who work with them. Some of the workshop topics we hope to offer this year include:
- Accessible Technology
- Early Intervention
- Self-Advocacy
- Special Education
- Special Needs Trusts
- Transition to Adulthood
Exhibitor Information:
As an exhibitor, you bring a vital component to the conference: ACCESS. Attendees have access to you and you have access to them. Based on feedback from past events, we have allotted more time in this year’s schedule for the exhibitor fair.
Exhibitor fee for non-profit organizations is $25 and $175 for for-profit organizations. Your payment allows you use of:
- A 6-foot table as your exhibit space;
- 2 chairs;
- Lunch for two of your representatives;
- Parking

If you are unable to exhibit this year, consider mailing resource materials for our open resource tables (Maximum of 25 copies of each brochure, flyer, etc sent).
