Parent Professional Workshops

We are seeking volunteers to help us set-up, serve breakfast, check-in guests, and stay and help put away the chairs. If you have 4 ½ hours the first Saturday of the month from 8:30-1:00, we could use your help!

Family Resource Center volunteers:

We are looking for skilled volunteers to assist us in getting valuable feedback from our clients. Train with our Family Resource Center Program Manager and help us call families to do follow up surveys. You will be able to attend trainings, in-services and brainstorming sessions regarding services available to children and families. This volunteer opportunity is a wonderful way of contributing to our organization in a very special way!

Food Preparation at our Parent Mentor trainings

Our Parent mentor Trainings occur a few times monthly at our offices in the Mission. We are looking for volunteers who can help prepare the food and serve it to the families who are participating in our trainings. If you are a food service professional or just want to lend a hand by helping to give back to the community, we can use your skills! We will provide all the ingredients. You will just help put it together. Trainings are on Tuesday and Friday evenings and Saturdays during the day.

Volunteer in our Office

We need help in our offices answering the phones and assisting with administrative tasks. If you have about four hours to volunteer each week, and have experience answering phones, please consider this volunteer opportunity. Thank you! Click here to print a copy of the volunteer flyer.

Care Services Volunteers

We are seeking volunteers to help us take care of children while their parents access our programs and services. If you have experience with children and would like to help, please contact Kathleen Schlier at the number below to find out when you can assist.
