Mark your calendars and make your plan to join Support for Families for a family fun day at Access to Adventure!
You will learn about San Francisco Recreation and Parks Therapeutic Recreation and Inclusion Services and discover many other inclusive recreation opportunities in and around San Francisco, all while visiting one of San Francisco’s newest accessible parks at the Presidio Tunnel Tops.
Access to Adventure Day is presented by Support for Families of Children with Disabilities, SF Recreation and Parks Department, and Partnership for the Presidio.

Movie Nights
Join us as we roll out the red carpet for our honored guests. We bring box office hits, classic kids movies, and more as we laugh, cry, hoot and holler. We have freshly popped popcorn, pizza, and snacks to keep everyone fueled up for the cinematic adventures.
Family Access Days
SFCD is happy to partner with aquariums, museums, and other cultural institutions across San Francisco to bring accessible and equal access events to our children and families.

Halloween at Aquarium of the Bay
The Aquarium of the Bay and Support for Families come together in partnership to host haunting Halloween parties for families of children with special needs. We provide all sorts of frightful fun: whether we are learning about eerie eels; getting frightening face paint; or making special treats for our tricky otters.
Come for the fright! Stay for the fun.
Holiday Ice Skating Party
Slick and smooth, out on the ice. We don our skates and scarves and hit the ice! Whether it’s your first time on ice or you’re practicing for the next Olympics, we have a team of volunteers on ice with us to ensure that everyone has a safe and slippery day.
And… is that a skating Santa?!
